Le Touvet : Yin yoga le mardi
Sainte-Marie d’Alloix : Méditation le jeudi matin et Hatha yoga le jeudi soir
Grenoble : Yoga doux et Hatha yoga le vendredi matin et midi
Nous pouvons nous rencontrer le samedi 9 septembre au matin à Sainte-Marie d’Alloix ou le samedi 16 septembre après-midi au Touvet.
