Info sur le Syndicat de L’ALPE

L’Alpe est un alpage des Hauts de Chartreuse dont l’accès se fait par la commune de Ste Marie du Mont. Cette dernière ainsi que celles de La Buissière, La Flachère, Ste Marie d’Alloix et St Vincent de Mercuze sont copropriétaires de ce territoire.

Chacune de ces communes a élu deux représentants qui siègent au Syndicat Intercommunal de l’Alpe. Son rôle est de prendre les décisions nécessaires à la bonne gestion des près de 600 hectares que comptent ce territoire. Les archives montrent que cette exploitation collective est multicentenaire.
